KiKxxl was founded in 1999 by Andreas Kremer. The trained telecommunications craftsman showed courage and had the "right instinct". Starting in a small office with two people, KiKxxl GmbH quickly developed into a significant company in the call center industry. The increasing demands of the market soon required an expansion of the service spectrum. Started as a pure call center with classic inbound and outbound services, the company quickly developed into one of the leading contact centers in Northern Germany. With us as your partner, you can use all communication channels, from telephone to email, from chat to postal mail, from the internet to WhatsApp, in contact with your customers. The KiKxxl GmbH currently employs around 2,900 employees at its locations in Osnabrück, Bremen, Dortmund, Bochum, Recklinghausen, Bottrop, Prishtina, Peja, Gjilan, Istanbul, and Athens. As one of the largest owner-managed communication service providers in Northern Germany, the Contact Center has been looking after the customers and interested parties of reputable companies for 25 years now.
