KEVOX develops and sells software and apps for mobile documentation (optimized for tablet PCs and smartphones) in the sectors of fire protection, occupational safety, construction management, architects and engineers, building management, metal construction, maintenance, trades, real estate, and more. Wherever technical details need to be recorded on-site within a project or at a construction site (with photos), KEVOX is in use. Since the clipboard stays at home, all information is immediately digitized and reports can be printed or sent directly. Simple, fast, mobile - that is documentation with KEVOX. The software of the same name is available in various package sizes and can be expanded with special modules. KEVOX makes digital transformation simple and offers the ideal documentation solution for individual users in one-person businesses up to large corporations. The software company's aim is to deliver a system that takes the entire conceptualization and thought process of digital transformation off the customer's hands. KEVOX was the first software manufacturer in the field of mobile documentation (Building Information Management) and, as the market leader, consistently sets new standards in the industry. The future-oriented company was founded in 2010 by Michael Hagelganz in Bochum. His daughter Tanja Hagelganz has supported the company from day one in marketing, thus creating the KEVOX brand as we know it today. Michael's 30 years of experience in developing documentation software enabled him to create a solution that is the logical step into a digital future for various industries. This innovation has already received multiple international awards. The manufacturer- and publisher-neutral management software is constantly being further developed through close cooperation with customers. KEVOX places great importance on local work and therefore develops and sells in-house. In addition to the KEVOX Management Software, the two apps KEVOX GO and KEVOX TaskReport support mobile documentation (on the construction site and in the project). Furthermore, the platform KEVOX Stock (stock.kevox.de) offers the ability to download various building components and their manufacturer information, as well as documents (e.g., maintenance and assembly instructions) into the KEVOX Management System with a click. This function is unique in the market. In 2016, KEVOX moved into its offices on the 16th floor of the Exzenterhaus in Bochum - with an incomparable 360° view over the entire Ruhr area, it is the tallest building in the city.
