About KernBouw bv

KernBouw is very strong in the technical, logistical part. In a project, fully thinking through in advance how it will go in terms of building logistics, how it will be technically made. Ultimately, you get the best product with that − and everyone benefits from it. Because then you make what you conceived together. With many other builders… if you are not well able to think everything through in advance, how it will run and how it will be technically built, then you sometimes have to make ad-hoc decisions during execution. And those are always less good than what you could have conceived beforehand. It is often technically inferior, it is often less aesthetically pleasing, and people in the surroundings (for example, residents) also experience more nuisance. KernBouw is a builder that can organize very well in advance and technically elaborate the designs. That is truly remarkable and distinctive, and ensures a difference in quality and satisfied customers.
