About KBK bouwgroep

We are a thoughtful builder, a healthy and stable family business where people matter. Because it is the people who do it. Developing, building, renovating, maintaining. But also: doing business, devising solutions, entering into partnerships, organizing things tightly, creating beautiful things. For the client and the end-user. Whether that's a tenant, a buyer, or a resident of a care institution. Because we build for people. Volendam is our home port. That is where KBK bouwgroep started, in 1979. Now we are one of the largest builders in North Holland. Diversity has always been the basis of KBK. For over forty years. From new construction and renovation to interior projects. We do a lot, but we remain craftsmen, not generalists. In fact: within our group we also have a few real specialisms. Namely KBK MediZorg, B2 Restauratie, Ramakers Interieurprojecten and Van Dalsem Elektrotechniek. That makes us a partner to build on.
