About Katz Coffee

Since 2003, we roast coffee every day - but we never roast everyday coffee. As Texas’ Largest Specialty Coffee Roaster, Katz Coffee has built its name on doing things the right way: sourcing exceptional beans from trusted farms around the world and roasting them in small batches for bold flavor, a clean finish, and energy that actually shows up when you need it. From early mornings to race day adrenaline, our coffee is made to keep pace. Texas is where we started, but it’s not where we stopped. Today, our coffee reaches coast to coast, and our presence in the motorsports world continues to grow with partners who value authenticity, craft, and community. At the end of the day, we believe coffee should stand for something. That’s why we roast with purpose, serve with passion and always strive to grow together.
