About KALORIMETA GmbH

We are your partner for the smart energy transition in residential real estate. We automatically capture consumption across all utilities, from submetering to smart metering, and ensure consumption transparency as the basis for sustainable CO2 and cost savings. We support property owners with efficient heating control and provide residents with intuitive apps for intelligent room temperature management. We integrate renewable generation systems and e-mobility in a barrier-free and tailor-made way into the building and create digital connections for optimal energy management.
