About Kalorama

Kalorama is an organization in the Nijmegen and Berg en Dal region where living, care, work, learning, and life come together. Colleagues and volunteers make a significant contribution to the daily lives of our residents. They support and guide our residents every day. Residents, colleagues, and volunteers feel at home at Kalorama. We want colleagues to experience joy and passion in their work. This is reflected in attention to the personal development of everyone who works at Kalorama. So much more than just care You take care of our residents. But those who care do so much more than just care. You organize, identify, stimulate, coach, decide, monitor, support, comfort, connect, innovate, improvise, learn, and more. We do this at Kalorama every day. Organizational Development Kalorama To explain our way of working and our organizational development appealingly, we have created an animation video. With this video, we illustrate what Kalorama stands for. It is intended for a broad audience: (future) residents, family members, colleagues, volunteers, applicants, and anyone else interested in Kalorama.
