Over the years, this company covered almost all areas of construction activity and made a name for itself regionally for quality, reliability, and adherence to deadlines. The strong ability of Karl August Falkenhahn to find good employees and bind them to the company, true to his motto: "You have to take people as they are and not as you would like them to be," shows foresight and also lived humanity. This insight and the attitude of addressing the problems of employees and their families were adopted by KAF's successors with full conviction – now in the 4th generation – and thus succeeded in establishing the prototype of a successful, medium-sized construction company over the decades. Today, every employee knows that they are challenged by the company, but also protected and helped, so that they can look with pride on the achievements made together as a team. This consensus, felt throughout the company, and the associated satisfaction are reflected in every construction site, also transferring to clients and customers, and leaving a lasting impression. This is how we shape social security and confidence for the future.
