In-home medical care division. Currently, the number of people with mental illnesses is increasing in Japan. As of 2014, there were approximately 3.6 million people, an increase of about 1.9 million people (about 90%) compared to 1.7 million people in 1999, 15 years earlier. Amidst serious issues such as rising medical costs and a shortage of doctors, a shift towards home-based and community-based medical care is required. To help address these social challenges, we operate visiting nursing stations specializing in psychiatric care. Our nurses visit the homes of individuals with mental illnesses to provide mental care. We have 10 locations in the Kanto region (including 2 sales offices), 2 locations in Osaka Prefecture, and 1 location in Miyazaki Prefecture. We also engage in home-based medical care services, such as supporting visiting physician services and providing medical consulting. Regional revitalization business (support services for employment of people with disabilities). Currently, companies with 50 or more employees are obligated to employ a number of people with disabilities equivalent to at least 2.2% of their total employees. However, there is a reality where employment is not progressing easily, or if hired, employees may not be able to settle in. To solve such problems, we provide support for companies to employ people with disabilities. Specifically, we support connecting people with disabilities in rural areas, who have relatively few employment opportunities, with companies in urban areas.
