About JRC

JRC cares about community. The agency is comprised of two 501(c)(3) private not for profit organizations located in Canton, Ohio: JRC Learning Center: JRC believes early education is essential for children's success in kindergarten and beyond. 90% of brain development occurs in the first 5 yrs of life. It is a critical time to provide essential early education and enriching early experiences. This also allows parents and guardians to work or go to school. JRC Adult Day Center: JRC provides purposeful and engaging daytime activities for seniors, increasing their ability to stay healthy and remain in their own home, rather than going prematurely into institutionalized care. This also allows for peace of mind and respite for their caretakers. Each part of our organization share a common vision to inspire and empower children, seniors, and families to achieve their fullest potential every day. The mission of the JRC organization is to enrich lives through educating children, engaging seniors and strengthening community.
