We operate "Sushi Sakaba Sashisu", a sushi bar located a 1-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station. It's a place where customers can enjoy drinks with affordable and delicious sushi. Our menu, featuring generous portions of fresh ingredients, is highly popular. Despite the pandemic, our establishment has been consistently crowded daily, demonstrating excellent business performance. The interior features a Japanese-style design with a calming atmosphere that highlights the warmth of wood. We offer both counter and table seating, creating a welcoming space for solo diners. Our operating company, JOUJOU Inc., manages restaurants, handles store and business development, and provides store production services. We currently operate 27 restaurants, primarily in the Kansai region, with plans to expand to 30 locations. We are rapidly growing, establishing a base not only in Kansai but also in Kyushu. Our core theme is providing added value and products that make customers want to return. We focus on everything from the food, service, and presentation to the ambiance. We embrace the ideas of each staff member to develop unique business formats.
