About Joseph Nicholas Construction

Joseph Nicholas Construction specializes in the construction and renovation of automotive dealerships. We partner with dealer groups, OEMs, architects, and developers to deliver automotive facilities that elevate the consumer purchase and respective service needs. Our expertise spans new dealerships, facility expansions, complete renovations, service center upgrades, and manufacturer image (brand) program rollouts for the industry's most respected automotive brands. We understand that every day a dealership is offline represents lost revenue, which is why our team is committed to delivering projects efficiently without compromising quality, craftsmanship, or safety. Backed by decades of construction experience and the resources of the Nicholas Family of Companies, we combine thoughtful preconstruction planning, transparent communication, and meticulous execution. From concept through completion, we build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional facilities that enhance the consumer experience, strengthen dealership operations, reinforce brand reputation, and create long-term value.
