About Joppy

Joppy is a tech recruitment platform made "for developers by developers". We understand the code that our techmates use, because we are part of this community. Because of that... We don't ask for CVs. We only need their skills, years of experience and preferences. We don't want to know your gender, age, race. We want professional profiles. We hate spam. Here you can find offers that match with you. Joppy doesn't work with robots. There is a team that checks carefully each offer and each candidate. If you are interested in tech talent... You won't need to search. Our match system is in charge. Your offer only appears to candidates that are really interested in it. If you don't hire, you don't pay. Easy, no? We look for perfect match between tech talent and companies. Another way to search good opportunities in tech world. 0% invasive. 100% facilitator. 100% match.
