JOE & THE JUICE

About JOE & THE JUICE

We are a fast-growing global food and beverage brand born in Copenhagen, but we are so much more than just juice, coffee, and sandwiches. We are a culture built on music, movement, and energy. With over 400 stores worldwide, our universe is about healthy products with an edge and, most importantly, the people behind them. The adventure is finally starting in Spain! We are landing with a bold plan to bring our unique vibe to the Spanish market, and we want you to be part of the founding team. This isn't just about opening stores; it's about launching a healthy, inclusive, and high-energy lifestyle in a new territory. We are on a journey to 1,000 stores by 2028, and Spain is a massive part of that dream. We believe in opportunity, not entitlement. At JOE, you’ll find a launchpad for real-life skills. The work is intense, fast-paced, and hands-on—you’ll be on your feet, working evenings or weekends, and pushing yourself every day. But the payoff? A unique team spirit, professional discipline, and a clear career path where you can grow from Juicer to Store Manager. We bring a positive attitude that's contagious. A belief in inclusion and making everyone feel they belong. The discipline to handle a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. A desire to grow, learn, and take on responsibility. Expect a culture where music is always playing and the energy is high. You'll work in a diverse environment that values honesty and teamwork. Whether you are looking for a career or a place to develop your personal skills, we provide the platform—you provide the hustle. Join the movement. Become part of our unique culture in Spain.
