About JFE Franchising Inc

Founded in 2005, SNOWFOX (JFE Franchising, Inc.) offers products including cooked and raw sushi, bento boxes, chef favorites, appetizers, and party platters. These products have taken sushi back to its origins of chef-based theatricality. We proudly provide high-end restaurant quality but with grab-n-go convenience in our guests' neighborhoods. Later in 2022, JFE Franchising, Inc. created SNOWFRUIT, a brand within the SNOWFOX Group that provides daily fresh-cut fruit and vegetables. Every product in the portfolio is responsibly sourced to provide fruit that is refreshingly crisp and flavorful. Our commitment to sustainability We take great pride in upholding a high standard of sustainability for our planet, our business, and our communities. We firmly believe that our sourcing decisions are critical in achieving this goal. As part of a leading international, multi-channel food and restaurant business (The Wonderfield Group), specializing in sushi and Japanese cuisine, we understand the importance of providing products that are not only delicious but also environmentally friendly and socially responsible. Creating sustainable solutions - We prioritize sustainability by focusing on 3 pillars of areas: Planet Our mission is to provide healthy, sustainable food without damaging our planet. By minimizing our energy consumption and carbon footprint, we are taking active steps to reduce our environmental impact and serve better food. People We believe that our people are the key to our success. Our focus is on fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity by creating an environment where everyone can thrive. We not only empower our employees but also other communities and their well-being. Product When it comes to our products, we only select suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, traceability, and transparency to ensure our food is responsibly sourced.
