Jesta Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality owner and operator with a strong presence in Miami Beach. Our Southeast portfolio includes two landmark South Beach properties, the Clevelander Hotel and Essex House, both known for their Art Deco style, vibrant atmosphere, and guest-focused service. We are also in the development phase for a new Hilton-branded hotel in Miami Beach, which includes renovation work, brand coordination, and a full pre-opening staffing and training plan. We focus on creating memorable guest experiences and smooth daily operations across hotel, nightlife, and event venues. We look for team members who are energetic, service-driven, and excited to work in fast-paced hospitality environments.
