That is what we stand for as Jeroen Bosch Hospital. Simply because you matter. In 2017, we embraced the concept of positive health. Working from positive health means a new way of looking and working for us. The focus is on health and not on illness, and we assume what people can do. In addition, information and healthcare technology play a major role in delivering personalized care close by. EDUCATION AND TRAINING We consider training important; after all, we provide the healthcare professionals of the future. As one of the largest training hospitals in the Netherlands, we guide 250 nursing students, 350 medical students, and 88 resident physicians annually. Special attention is paid to the further professionalization of the nursing profession. We encourage and facilitate our (student) nurses to act as coaches for colleagues and to lead projects. It is not for nothing that we have been a member of the Foundation of Top Clinical Hospitals for 15 years. With this title, we show that we are an above-average hospital with special attention to top clinical care, training, and scientific research.
