JERA AVANZA S.L.U. is an entity that is part of a group of companies with extensive business experience in the Human Resources field, consolidated and established under business criteria to carry out productive activities and capable of operating in a highly competitive market. JERA AVANZA S.L.U. was founded in 2010 with a firm commitment to integrate people with disabilities into the workplace, collaborating with a group at risk of social exclusion and offering them professional development opportunities. Companies with more than 50 employees are obliged to reserve at least 2% of their workforce for people with disabilities (General Law on Disability LGD formerly LISMI), or alternatively, contracts can be made for the supply of products necessary for the company's business development through a special employment center.
