About It's Just Lunch | IJL Select

At IJL Select, we believe your soulmate isn't a data point. While the dating industry has pivoted toward endless swiping and impersonal algorithms, we have maintained the human factor. As the largest and most successful franchise within the international It’s Just Lunch network, we provide high-touch, human-led matchmaking for busy professionals who value their time as much as their connections. We don’t just "find matches"—we curate chemistry. Our process is built on the unwavering belief that the nuances of attraction are explored face-to-face, not through a screen. Human Intelligence: We believe true service starts with knowing, and we take the time to understand the goals and values that an algorithm simply can't see. Expert Curation: No bots. No swipes. Our matchmakers' hand-select your first dates based on intuition, like-mindedness, and genuine compatibility. Total Coordination: We handle everything—from selecting the partner to making the reservation at our local restaurant partners. You just show up. Feedback-Driven: We incorporate your feedback after every date, refining the process until we find your perfect match. IJL Select is proudly providing superior, personalized service to busy professionals in Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, San Francisco, and Washington DC. Stop scrolling into a void. Partner with a matchmaker who has never settled for an algorithm. Experience the IJL Select approach.
