About ISTP ingénieurs

ISTP has over 30 years of expertise in engineering training under employee status. As a national reference for engineering training, ISTP trains one-third of the engineering apprentices in the French region of AURA in partnership with prestigious schools like Mines Saint-Etienne and Arts et Métiers. An ISTP engineering Bachelor's degree allows integration from post-baccalaureate. ISTP's founding mission is to support industrial companies by developing individual and collective skills, particularly through specialized engineering training. Due to its close ties with the economic world, ISTP adapts its programs and pedagogy to meet business needs. The institute has acquired and developed significant expertise in educational engineering and tutoring. ISTP's expertise relies on its network and its ability to implement high-level management training through an innovative pedagogical approach based on four pillars: human-sized classes, learning by doing, individualized support, and project-based work fostering collective intelligence. Specializations are accessible through Apprenticeship, Continuing Education, and VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience). ISTP is nationally involved in working groups on the excellence of engineering training under employee status. ISTP is located on the Saint-Etienne Industrial Campus, a hub for synergy between the economic world and higher education. ISTP is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) and the Alliance Industrie du Futur. ISTP also provides consulting and business support services. 1500 PARTNER COMPANIES - INTERNATIONAL NETWORK 52 ENGINEER TUTORS 5300 GRADUATE ENGINEERS - ALUMNI 1300 APPRENTICES TRAINED EACH YEAR
