Tech-driven but people focused. At iRecruiter, we combine in-depth expertise in construction and real estate with advanced IT applications to be able to kick down the right door for you. On the one hand, we focus on the human aspect and expertise of construction, real estate, and IT. While IT and software knowledge helps us build our network and approach the right people. We do not navigate ourselves in every sector but have a passion for construction and real estate and know the sector and its workings from the inside out. For example, we even go to construction sites with a technical director, and understand both the operational and strategic challenges to be able to make the right match. The story began in 2020 with the founding by Dioniz Kajtazi, and not much later his brother Robert joined. What sets them apart?
