About Invalleon

Invalleon is a UK-based hospitality and franchise group built on one principle: strong businesses are created through disciplined execution, great people, and exceptional customer experience. We acquire, operate and scale high-performance businesses across quick service and fast casual formats — partnering with category-leading brands and applying a hands-on, systems-driven approach to deliver consistent results at unit level. Our portfolio includes itsu, where we operate as the brand’s largest UK franchisee. Led by Founder and MD Ishita Pathak, with strategic guidance from Atul Pathak OBE — who built and led the UK’s largest McDonald’s franchise operation across 43+ restaurants. Built on people. Powered by systems. Defined by experience.
