Collecting, sorting, and delivering all types of business mail has been our daily work since our founding in 1995. With a team of skilled employees, we ensure that every piece of mail and package is delivered quickly and reliably to our clients' customers and relations. In the Netherlands, but also abroad; anywhere in the world. We stand for quality! Intrapost uses high-quality machines with advanced software that enables mechanical mail sorting. Unique sorting codes are applied to the mail, and sorting runs are made for correct mail delivery. Compared to manual sorting, the error margins are nil. A connection to accounting systems is also possible for linking processing and invoicing. Furthermore, traceability down to the individual mail item level is possible. A photo is taken of each mail item, and the processing time is registered per item. The client can choose who they want to deliver their mail. Unlike, for example, PostNL and Sandd, Intrapost has independent mail delivery. The client can base their choice for the final mail delivery on efficiency, cost price, Social Return On Investment, CSR, and quality of the different mail delivery services, if desired together with Intrapost.
