About International School San Patricio Toledo

International School San Patricio Toledo, originally founded as Tagus School in 2006 and renamed in 2012 after joining the San Patricio network, offers an outstanding international education for students aged 1 to 18. Part of the Inspired Education Group, it benefits from over 60 years of experience and a global presence spanning more than 120 schools across 6 continents. This provides students with access to international exchanges, global summer camps, and top-tier universities worldwide. Located in a residential area of Toledo, the school occupies a 30,000 m² campus equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to support all educational stages. Four specialised laboratories provide hands-on learning in physics, chemistry, biology, and natural sciences. Classrooms are bright, modern, and equipped with the latest educational technology. The school also boasts a dedicated Arts Centre, with spaces for music, art, and photography, as well as a media lab with a green screen studio and darkroom. A 300-seat auditorium hosts performances, artistic events, and conferences. The sports facilities are exceptional: two multi-sports outdoor courts, a 200 m athletics track, football pitch, indoor sports hall, 25 m outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated pool, and a unique indoor triathlon training space—one of the few in Spain and Europe. San Patricio Toledo also offers a boarding residence, available for full or weekly stays, with access to all school facilities and homemade meals throughout the week and weekends. From Early Years onwards, the school delivers a bilingual education (English/Spanish) with immersion in four languages, based on the Reggio Emilia approach and the full continuum of IB programmes (PYP, MYP, and Diploma). Starting September 2025, students in Sixth Form will be able to choose between the IB Diploma Programme and the Spanish national Bachillerato, combining the best of both educational systems.
