Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center (IDCC) founded in 1974 is a non-profit outpatient behavioral health clinic licensed under Article 31 of NYS Mental Hygiene Law. IDCC has clinics in Canarsie, Coney Island, Crown Heights, Flatbush and Williamsburg and more than 45 school based providing multi-cultural, evidence based individual and family treatment. Three of our clinics are licensed to provide services to children aged 0 – 5.The mission of IDCC is to provide the highest quality clinically appropriate mental health services to the community. Culturally competent administrators ensure that all staff participate in regular, in-service cultural competency training; promote programs that respect and incorporate cultural differences; and consider whether the facility's location, hours, and staffing are accessible and whether its physical appearance is respectful of different cultural groups.Interborough is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
