Our mission is to create employment opportunities for professionals with functional diversity, working in two areas: labor inclusion and social awareness. To achieve this, we work to ensure comprehensive and personalized support for all individuals in our workforce, thanks to the Professional Activity Support Unit. This is a transdisciplinary team of professionals responsible for supporting the incorporation, maintenance, and career progression of hired individuals, enhancing their personal and social skills while considering their interests and preferences.
