About Innova Schools

We are Innova Schools, a private chain of schools that is part of the Intercorp group and seeks to transform education in Latin America. We currently have 65 locations nationwide and a presence in Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador. At Innova Schools, our purpose is clear: to inspire and train our students to transform the world. We believe in innovation, continuous learning, and the power of people to generate impact. That's why we seek talents who want to grow, contribute, and be part of an organization that has been transforming education for over a decade. As part of our application experience, we have Nova, our virtual assistant with artificial intelligence, created to accompany and help you during your selection process.
