About Inhotim

In Brumadinho (Minas Gerais), between the Atlantic Rainforest and the Cerrado, Inhotim brings together art, nature, and education in a unique global experience. More than a museum and botanical gardens, we are an institution dedicated to the creation, preservation, and diffusion of contemporary art, conservation of biodiversity, development of education and territorial initiatives, and to increase the impact of culture in society. Over twenty years, we have consolidated a unique model which increases access to culture, strengthens the territory, boosts the conservation of biodiversity, and plans the role of cultural institutions in constructing more sustainable futures. More than 4.5 million visitors form part of this trajectory. It is always Inhotim’s time.
