About INGEUS SL

Since its founding in 1989 in Australia, Ingeus has accumulated extensive experience designing and delivering a wide range of pioneering employment services programs for people in unemployment. With more than 150 offices in 12 countries and over 2,000 employees, thousands of people have found sustainable employment with Ingeus's support in labor markets as diverse as Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia. In 2012 we created Ingeus S.L. to serve the Spanish market. We have forged our reputation by implementing support mechanisms for stable return to work, aimed at job seekers. Individual and intensive support is the cornerstone of all our programs. Through innovative methods based on a comprehensive approach and the principles of active listening and respect, the goal is to guide all types of people towards employment (young people, long-term unemployed, over 45s, people with disabilities, recipients of minimum insertion income, executives).
