About Independent Recruiters

Do what you love; every day will feel like a new adventure! This philosophy forms the core of our commitment to connecting and advising all professionals. For two decades, we've been dedicated to recruiting professionals and managerial talent across the Netherlands, leveraging our well-established expertise through various specialized labels: Independent Retail, Independent Professionals, Independent Public, Independent Life Sciences, Independent Hospitality, Independent Facility, Independent Engineering, Independent Flex. Our pride lies in the extensive knowledge and experience that underpins our work. Each of our recruiters brings firsthand experience from the specific industry they serve, facilitating the seamless alignment of aspirations and areas of expertise between professionals and organizations. In 2020, we joined forces with Talentor, an international recruitment network with over 500 consultants spread across 33 countries worldwide.
