Shareholder-wise, it depends on the IMQ Doctors' Society, a holding company that links the two main divisions into which the Group is structured: IMQ Seguros, which offers health insurance, and IMQ Servicios, dedicated to providing health, socio-health, wellness, and occupational risk prevention services. To carry out its activity, the Group has almost 60 associated companies.
