Impact is completely equipped to support customers right through the IT Infrastructure Management lifecycle, helping customers plan, deploy, manage, and review their IT infrastructure on a continuous basis. Impact will help customers tackle challenges such as growing heterogeneity of information systems, a growing number of transactions, the need for faster decision-making, geographical expansion, and a multitude of threats to information security. In addition to warranty support, we are also engaged in FM contracts, AMCs, Care packs, and post-warranty services. The company also provides these services through an agreement with clients to deliver a defined service level on infrastructure availability based on their requirements. Based on the service level expectation and size of the installed base, we would depute a team of engineers on-site to provide the requisite support services.
