ILUNION Hotels is the hotel company of ILUNION, a corporation that brings together all the companies of the ONCE Social Group. The company was founded in 1988 as Confortel Hoteles, with the spirit that any person with or without a disability could equally enjoy the different experience offered by the hotels. It is the only leading chain in inclusion and accessibility, with 33 hotels spread throughout Spain. We are the first chain in the sector to obtain the European Seal of Excellence EFQM 700+, awarded by the Club de Excelencia en Gestión, recognizing our business model and management. We are also the first Spanish company to receive the Ethics Award from the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) for our work in accessible tourism. Furthermore, we are the first hotel company with brain-protected spaces and committed to University Accessibility. At ILUNION, we have a purpose: To build a better world with everyone included!
