With almost 25 years of experience working with Italian SMEs, we address the topic of company resources with the entrepreneur, CEO, or managers, examining it from all perspectives. Our history is clear: as organizational and strategic consultants, we began by supporting companies in their expansion. However, when growing, you need staff, collaborators who have that extra gear and are aligned with the company's modus operandi. This led us to increasingly develop, and with great satisfaction, personnel search and selection. We continue to provide consulting and select individuals who possess that extra something, thanks to our preparation and orientation. Today, the difficulty is undoubtedly in recruitment. We have developed systems that can provide all our clients with services previously only available to large corporations. In this way, we generate a good quantity of suitable CVs on which we can then perform the selection process. We don't just forward a CV; we don't send a candidate simply because they have the qualifications. We present individuals who not only meet those requirements but are also clearly productive, with a track record of proven results, who can think big, who are capable of leading people (again, verifying results), and managing projects.
