The Institut de Formation de la Profession de l'Assurance (IFPASS) is a training organization that has been providing training in the insurance field since 2008. It was born from the merger between the Association pour l’Enseignement de l’Assurance (AEA) and the ADAP qualifying training center. IFPASS aims to be the preferred partner of insurance stakeholders in order to develop, with and for them, a training and education offer adapted to their needs. It is in this desire to always meet the direct needs of professionals in the sector and under the control of the Board of Directors, that the Pedagogical and Scientific Orientation Committee (COPS) analyzes the needs of the profession and reorients the training offer. IFPASS Training Programs IFPASS offers several types of training: - Degree programs, with the possibility of work-study, allowing students to obtain an institution-issued diploma recognized by the State and in the job market; - Certification programs leading to a qualification certificate recognized by professional branches and providing skills in a specific profession; - Qualification programs allowing for an end-of-training certificate or a "certificate of aptitude" related to the profession. When a collective agreement so provides, these programs are recognized by employers. Example: CQP, professional qualification certificates (possibility of in-person, distance, or e-learning); To date, IFPASS's offering consists of more than 400 distinct training courses with a presence in 17 employment areas. This makes IFPASS the organization offering the most diverse training in insurance professions.
