The flagship of IBC is its 7-day-a-week assistance service: in addition to the head office and operational headquarters in Padua, direct branches in Alessandria, Verona, Trieste, and Rome ensure telephone and on-site assistance throughout the national territory, with an SLA of 92% (2020 data). Furthermore, since 2006 IBC has been UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified for the marketing and assistance of fiscal printers, weighing instruments, point-of-sale automation instruments, and banking POS terminals, and for the periodic verification of fiscal printers and weighing instruments.
