IAG Transform

About IAG Transform

IAG Transform is a company within the parent company of International Airlines Group (IAG), playing a critical role in driving transformation across IAG and the wider aviation industry. This isn’t about incremental improvement—it’s about setting new standards for our business, our travellers, and the world. We work seamlessly across disciplines, fostering cross-pollination of ideas, data-driven decision-making, strategic supplier partnerships, robust technology, and continued leadership in AI and innovation. By partnering closely with our airline brands, we help deliver business plans, support strategic decisions, and unlock opportunities across procurement, innovation, technology, and transformation. This is about more than modernisation—it’s about shaping the future of our industry. As a data‑driven, digitally enabled organisation, we believe in getting things done, making things simple, focusing on value, working together, and realising our full potential. These principles guide how we work, how we collaborate, and how we deliver impact at scale. We are based in London, UK, with a presence in Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona and Kraków.
