About I AM srl

HR consulting company that aims to offer unique and customized solutions to the client company. We propose to overturn the typical approach to consulting with a pragmatic and effective approach, experiencing the company's dynamics with the client's eyes and getting closer and closer to their personal vision of resource management. Our goal is to create, innovate and maintain well-being within companies by focusing on what they have most precious... people. How do we do it? With ever-renewed competence, with humility and sensitivity, with listening and closeness, and with sharing strategies.
