How do we achieve this? We offer clients a choice of two clear packages; • Recruitment and selection trajectory on an hourly basis, through support with an ICT advertising package, an extensive recruitment campaign for a fixed fee. Hupp places your vacancy on at least 100+ job sites. Choose to receive responses directly yourself or have us handle it for you. For a fixed hourly rate, we will handle the responses for you, conduct the initial interviews, and actively search for suitable candidates. • We also offer a No Cure No Pay recruitment and selection trajectory. We then take over the complete recruitment process for you. If the candidate actually starts working, you pay a fixed fee per new employee. IT Secondment In addition to our recruitment and selection trajectories, we also have an IT Secondment department. They are in constant contact with the best ICT professionals who can be deployed on temporary projects. In this way, we help companies with flexible ICT personnel. This is ideal for handling busy periods, illness, or extra workloads, but also for having that flexible layer within your organization. We recruit candidates and handle the entire administration and payroll process.
