About HTB Group

Who are we? HTB Group is made up of four charitable organisations: HTB Church, Alpha International, the Revitalise Trust and St Paul’s Theological Centre, with a Professional Services function that provides expertise and support to all four charities. Our Vision & Mindsets Our Vision is to play our part in the evangelisation of the nations, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society. Our organisational Mindsets - Always Growing, One Team, On a Mission - underpin all that we do. We aspire to be a truly multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-racial organisation with a staff team that reflects society today. As a Christian organisation, our faith is an integral part of our working culture, presenting many opportunities to live out and grow our faith within our work context.
