HOUSE SIXTY is a new generation private member club that transforms a historic building in the heart of Izmir into a contemporary living and meeting center. Opening its doors in autumn 2026, HOUSE SIXTY offers a dynamic environment that supports connection, discovery, and good living for its members and visitors by bringing together social life, sports, culture-art, gastronomy, retail, and wellness experiences under one roof. Located next to the Alsancak Train Station and centering four padel courts, the club creates a holistic life experience with its members-only fitness and spa areas, restaurant, Taş Oda culture-art space, concept store, and selections hosting different brands. Shaping the new memory of the historic building that has witnessed production, change, and public life since 1860, together with its members, HOUSE SIXTY is the meeting point of a community reflecting Izmir's multicultural, modern, and dynamic character.
