HOTEL MIONI PEZZATO

About HOTEL MIONI PEZZATO

Mioni Pezzato is a 179-room thermal hotel open year-round. The hotel has been owned and managed by the Mioni family since its founding in 1915. The administrator is Giovanni Mioni (legal representative, financial officer, and customer relations), and the director is his wife, Cyrielle Tordjman Mioni (operations and sales manager). Both were educated at the École hôtelière de Lausanne and completed further studies at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. The management style is structured through a series of standards contained in a corporate extranet and personal and collective goals. In the last 10 years, the hotel has continued to grow successfully, expanding its team from 50 to 110 employees. In recent years, this growth has been supported by a specific internal training program for each department, aiming to consolidate standards, improve operations, and encourage personal growth for each individual. Our goal is to be their rejuvenating refuge!
