Horizon Land Management started servicing master-planned communities in west Orange County many years ago. Since our founding our company has earned a reputation for the highest level of quality service with our many clients. Horizon Land Management provides Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) services and vacant land and lot maintenance to the construction industry. Established in 1998, Horizon Land Management was formed to work with landowners to manage agricultural and vacant land. As development activity moved into rural areas, Horizon Land evolved into supporting the construction industry to maintain job sites and comply with rules established by governmental agencies.
