About Holmes Place Portugal

Holmes Place is a leading brand in premium health clubs, with a philosophy present in our clubs: to be a space for socializing, for well-being, where each person, individually or in a group, can walk towards a healthier and, consequently, happier lifestyle. For this, it offers a gym, studios for group classes where more than 120 classes are held per week, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. It also has specialized technicians who provide Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and SPA treatments. We also have, in some clubs, studios dedicated to PILAT3S - a group class done on reformers that uses immersive technology and combines the benefits of Pilates with dynamic movements. At the Oeiras club, we have an exclusive TRIB3 studio, which consists of an immersive HIIT workout with real-time heart rate monitoring, immersive audiovisual support, and accompanied by specialized instructors. ONE LIFE. LIVE IT WELL.
