About Holambra Cooperativa Agroindustrial

With 65 years of history, we have built a solid trajectory in Brazilian agribusiness, guided by cooperation, innovation, and a commitment to sustainable results. We are Holambra Cooperativa, recognized among the largest and best cooperatives in Brazil, a reference in management, technology, and a culture of quality in services and products. Our operations are guided by values that we practice daily: we make things happen, we value our people, we act with ethics and transparency, we encourage proactivity and innovation, we work for the common good, and we build a better future, always focusing on collective strengthening. We bring together more than 400 cooperative members, with a professional producer profile, including our Gold Members, who cultivate over 145 thousand hectares annually, with diversified production of soybeans, corn, wheat, beans, sorghum, barley, cotton, citrus, and fruits. We operate in one of the main central pivot irrigation regions in the country, with over 139 thousand irrigated hectares and 2,200 pivots, the result of a strong tradition in irrigation and the use of technology in the field. We are a hub for agricultural technology and receive visitors from Brazil and the world to learn about our way of being, working, and cooperating. We have a static storage capacity of 350 thousand tons of grains and a structure composed of 9 units in the Southwest of São Paulo, with 7 operational units and 6 agricultural supply stores. We provide personalized service to over 3,000 rural producers, offering complete solutions in agricultural supplies, commodities, and industry, with a focus on efficiency, risk management, and value generation throughout the chain. Our business model is clear: to generate competitive advantages for our associates, qualifying decisions and expanding opportunities. This commitment is also reflected in our care for people; we are certified as an Excellent Place to Work (GPTW). We continue to evolve, connecting tradition, innovation, and trust.
