Established in 1988 by CA Madhukar N Hiregange in Bengaluru, with a vision to create a benchmark in value added quality professional services in Indirect Taxation in India. Presently, we have been serving clients through offices at Bengaluru, Hyderabad, NCR-Gurgaon, Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Vijayawada, Raipur, Kochi, Indore & Ahmedabad. We are admired as a name to trust and for providing excellence in service delivery through in-depth knowledge, three decades of experience, and client focus. Our service areas are exclusively in the field of Indirect Tax i.e. Goods and Services Tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy and erstwhile Central Excise, Service Tax and Value Added Tax. Partners of the firm are also active in contributing to making indirect tax laws in the country simple, certain, and transparent by making representations and extensive training and sharing insights. The firm has a unique distinction of having most of its partners as co-authors of books on Indirect taxes (total 16 books till date) besides contributing to journals of various associations and teaching at management schools and professional bodies. The firm has also been a mentor of other audit and consultancy firms to add indirect tax to their portfolio of services.
