Founded in 2019 by an experienced management team, HIPOGES S.p.A. (formerly AXIS S.p.A.) is a distressed asset management platform authorized under Article 115 TULPS, with approximately €2.5 billion in loans under management. HIPOGES S.p.A. positions itself in the market as a specialized player and provides a wide range of services to financial intermediaries and private equity funds focused on the non-performing loan market. With offices in Rome and Milan, and approximately 70 employees, HIPOGES S.p.A. offers complete solutions within the entire investment cycle: Due diligence and valuation, Support for transaction finalization and restructuring, Loan management and legal management, also through the support of the subsidiary HIPOGES LAW s.t.a.r.l., Real estate management, marketing and sales strategy, Reporting, Portfolio management. HIPOGES operates through a modern and efficient proprietary management system, which supports real estate valuation activities, the definition of strategies and out-of-court and judicial recovery relating to the assets under management, as well as the definition and use of decision trees for managing UTP exposures. As of June 2021, HIPOGES S.p.A. became part of the HIPOGES Iberia Group (whose majority shareholder is the KKR fund), a leading pan-European servicing platform with approximately €50 billion in assets under management, offices in Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy (with HIPOGES S.p.A.), and over 1,800 people.
