About Hillebrand Bau | Holz | Immobilien

Hillebrand. Building, Wood, Real Estate. Everything considered. For more than 80 years, we have been developing, planning, and building living and working spaces by evolving proven methods and creatively implementing new ideas. In addition to the excellent professional qualifications of our employees, determination, innovative spirit, and a good dose of passion and curiosity are the most important factors for our success. Our services range from concept, planning, construction, timber construction, furnishing, and property development to project development and land preparation for residential and commercial properties. We develop and realize projects in Salzburg, neighboring Tyrol, Upper Austria, and southern Bavaria up to Munich, with locations in Wals near Salzburg, Zell am See, and Munich-Ottobrunn. Under one roof, we combine project development, planning, construction & general contracting, timber construction, and sales, as well as the property developers Habitat Wohnbau and Impuls Wohnbau, the Hillebrand real estate agents, and Home Interieur Hillebrand GmbH. Competence from more than 80 years of experience, along with a dedicated team of employees, forms the optimal basis for understanding and implementing individual customer wishes. What we build, stands. Hillebrand stands for quality and value retention with all opportunities and challenges – from the idea, through planning, to construction and project development, everything is considered with us. And that for over 80 years now. What we promise, holds. We stand by our shared values of cooperation – our approximately 200 employees are THE foundation and, as "co-entrepreneurs," are significantly co-responsible for our success story. What we set out to do, succeeds. As a construction, wood, and real estate company, we offer everything from land acquisition and preparation, through project development, to the structural realization of commercial and residential buildings.
