About HHM Health

HHM Health, formerly Healing Hands Ministries, is a nonprofit community health center providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities across North Texas. Founded in 2005, HHM Health was established to ensure that uninsured and historically marginalized individuals and families could access compassionate, culturally responsive care regardless of their ability to pay. Guided by a mission to serve all neighbors with love, dignity, and respect, the organization has created a trusted medical home for thousands of patients each year. In 2025, HHM Health provided 71,445 patient visits to 21,154 unique patients across its service lines. Over the past two decades, HHM Health has grown from a small community clinic into a multi-site integrated health system serving diverse communities throughout Dallas and the surrounding areas. What began as a grassroots effort to provide accessible primary care has expanded into a comprehensive model that addresses the physical, behavioral, developmental, and social needs of patients and families.
