The expertise and dedication of our specialist care teams enables them to deliver exceptional quality of care. Our team are trained at the HFH Training Academy using a blended approach to learning. Our care is nurse-led, supported by our expert Nurse Case Managers and Clinical Governance Team. This allows us to manage a wide range of conditions in the community including (but not limited to): Ventilator care, Tracheostomy care, Enteral feeding (PEG, PEJ,NG), Continence care (catheter, bowel management and stoma).
